The Conference Room

The conference room is on the first floor, separated from the pub and therefore quiet. The room is "L" shaped and measures 10 metres in length and 4.5 metres at its widest.. The room may typically be set up in theatre style for up to 48 people or boardroom, 16 people or "U" shape conference, 16 people and many other formats. Double doors lead via steps to the garden.

The room is wireless enabled with WPA encryption and is provided free of charge for internet connection and email. There is a pull down screen and flip chart provided. Photo-copying and fax facilities are available.

Charges

£15.00 per person, minimum charge £150 total including VAT at 17.5%

(Includes Buffet lunch, morning coffee, afternoon tea. 9am to 6pm) Alternative lunch menus are available by previous arrangement.

We allow local charities and clubs to use the conference room in the evenings free of charge provided that it is vacant.
